Our Web Development Process

• Website Evaluation (optional): We will perform a free, no obligation, evaluation on your existing website to identify what is working, and what areas could be improved.
  
  
• Needs Analysis: In our free initial meetings, we will have a two-way discussion to identify and understand your website needs, and how we can help your business. In the course of our talks, we may utilize our Client Needs Assessment Survey, a series of questions designed to define your requirements.
  
  
• Scope of Work Defined: From our meetings, we will arrive at a complete scope of work needed to deliver on your website goals.
  
  
• Proposal/Quote: We will provide you with a no-obligation quote along with a proposal detailing the specific work to be done.
  
  
• Contract Signed: Based on the final agreement, we will provide a contract, and the deposit payment will be made.
  
  
• Register Domain: We will register any domain names and set up your web hosting account as needed.
  
  
• Design Creation: We will provide design concepts, based on your requirements, for your review. We can modify any aspect of the design.
  
  
• Keyword Phrases Delivered: You will provide a list of keyword phrases for your website. We can assist with tools and information.
  
  
• Keyword Phrases Research: We will research your keyword phrases and determine the most valuable ones to use.
  
  
• Content Delivered/Developed: You will provide us with content for all pages and sections of your website. We will copy edit and rewrite, or make recommendations, as per our agreement.
  
  
• Website Developed: We will build your website, providing you with review opportunities as it is being developed.
  
  
• Website Review: We will work together to review a final version of your website.
  
  
• Final Version: We will incorporate any last-minute edits or changes and review and test again before your approval of the website for go-live. Final payment is due upon website approval.
  
  
• Website Live: We launch your website, making it publicly available to all.
  
  
• Search Engine Submissions: We will manually submit your website to the major search engines, and any others deemed suitable. We will submit to online directories as pre-determined.
  
  
• Results Measured: For websites hosted on our servers, we provide an enhanced web traffic statistics package which is updated regularly, and retains data from the start of your hosting.
  
  
• Ongoing Maintenance: We will maintain and update your website on a contract basis, keeping it fresh and up-to-date as scheduled.
